WordPress 1.5.1.3 is released for a small security update. I have updated the XML-RPC webservice for the WordPress Version Check so all the users of that should have a nice warning message in their admin ui until they upgrade.

Upgrade or get exploited!
As Podz says if you’re running a wordpress version earlier than 1.5.1.2 then upgrade (please). An expoit exists and lots of people are being hit!
SK2 – Simple Digest plugin – Update
After spending most of this week painting the bedroom in some calming fresh colours I managed to find time to squeeze in an update to the Spam Karma 2 Simple Digest plugin – the changes are small but its worth upgrading to the latest version even if its only to remove the “alpha” from the version string 😉
A grand day out
Just got back from a wonderful day out today at the Carson Workshops Workshop on CSS and XHTML with Eric Meyer. The workshop was very interesting and Eric’s presentation crystallised in my mind a number of the different css techniques and methods that I was aware of. I hope to write more on some of the subjects covered today and others that were only eluded too as I learn more myself over the coming months.
