An interesting recipe for Mango Chutney Curry Chicken Salad from DrDave today – I think I’ll have to try this one soon. After all I am partial to a good curry.
I think I’ll be serving it with rice rather than Beluga Caviar!

Had a chance to try the recipe for Mango Chutney Curry Chicken Salad from DrDave today As previously seen here!
We altered the original recipe a bit and came up with a very nice Mango Chutney Chicken Curry with baby sweetcorn and asparagus.
