Why doens’t the onion bhaji recipe link work?
I was wondering if you might have a reciepe for an onion bhaji using gram flour, but without deep frying? If you did I would be very grateful.

@Henry: The recipe link works fine for me.

I’m afraid I don’t have another recipe for onion bhajis the one I’ve linked too worked very well and even though deep fried the bhajis were not greasy at all.

You could probably shallow fry them if you don’t want to deep fry the bhajis

Shallow frying works fine, but you should flatten the onion patties a little before gently placing into the pan. Otherwise theyll burn on the outside before the batter cooks in the middle.
Also if you dont want to make raita (mint yoghurt), theyre nice on a bed of shredded lettuce, with a squeeze of lemon juice.
